True Compass Counseling, LLC was founded in 2017, born from a vision for a safe and nurturing community space, open to all who need support and caring. We are dedicated to maintaining inclusion and compassion for all who come to us.
We offer a myriad of services, all supporting the human experience of living and learning, growth and exploration.
We accept private pay at rates of $200 for Initial Intake and $150 for individual 60 minute sessions. We also accept most insurances, please refer to the FAQ page for details.
Our Services
Individual, Families & Couples Counseling
Counseling is about finding one’s path, knowingly taking the journey to look for one’s self; one’s true and valuable self. Gathering the courage to name and move towards a new future self. Lots of action words, right? It is about movement, about shifting, sometimes changing direction, sometimes stepping out into the unknown to explore. And, ironically, it is also about sometimes slowing down and sitting still, quieting the noise in our heads and listening our own compass. Using this tool of intuition helps us understand, then navigate the way, whether we are lost or just needing to go somewhere else. It is about being brave enough to ask the question “what is true to me and about me, right now, in this place, as I look towards that place?” See Our Team for details about each one of the providers available for counseling.
Group Settings
Group Settings create a small community where learning and sharing occur.
We offer both therapeutic and support groups at our office at 819 Greenwich Ave, Warwick, all facilitated by members of our clinical team.
Billing Services
Billing Services are an additional service we offer to mental health providers and small
group practices. We want to share our knowledge and expertise in this arena as a service to other therapists so they can focus their energy and attention on their clients. For more information see our page titled Billing Services.
