Our Support Groups
Gathering as a group offers its magic in the collective energy of togetherness. We humans are social creatures, needing and craving the company of others. Proximity and relationships are an essential part of how we thrive.
At True Compass we offer an array of opportunities to meet with others either in a peer support circle or in a more therapeutic environment. Both types of groups are facilitated by our clinical staff who have knowledge and experience with group dynamics as well as the subject matter of the group.
Your safety is our utmost concern. All our groups, whether they are loosely themed or more educationally structured are led with care and compassion. We go to great lengths to create and maintain a space that is inclusive and welcoming.

Empathy & Connection
Embracing Self Care in the Company of Others.
This is an opportunity to connect with other people who are experiencing similar challenges at this time.
We will provide a safe place to share our stories, struggles, and successes without a fear of judgment.
Our goal is to reduce feelings of isolation and loneliness. We will learn from each other and gain tools to manage our negative feelings.
Mondays at 6:00. Please contact Lauren Cheng, LICSW at lauren.cheng@
for more information and to sign up.
$25 or $20/session if you pay for 4 weeks in advance.
